What Goes on the End of a Shadoof,?

On the other end of the pole, is a weight to help manage pulling up water from the stream. The weight helped make pulling up the water a whole lot easier especially if you are wimpy. But when you press down on the weight, it pushes on the bucket and forces it down into the river and that take water out of the river, and puts it in a canal! :)
